Hilton Garden Inn Dubai Al Mina - Jumeirah

All is well, just staff has to attend the customer properly. During the breakfast time when we are eating and asking to give then they always say that we have to do it from our ways to bring the staff and they are serving well to phoreingers and get are keep asking what they like to eat?? But they not to asking the Indian people. We noticed well.

The staff is wonderful, warm, and friendly. They create a really relaxing environment where nothing is too much! Specially Khin & Nadeesha provided proper friendly service. Really appreciate their service. Rooms are standard. Location a little far from Metro Station 2. km from Hotel. Breakfast does not say wow, now a days it in different location, but no much varieties for long stay guest. But it will be managed by Staff who always apologize and do service excellent, in Breakfast Nadeesha did great service and explained. Thank for the service

the room, the bed, the free shuttle, the breakfast ... all were awesome! the staff throughout the hotel were all amazing, friendly & professional, willing to go above and beyond to ensure all requests were met - this is what will make me come back here again (it was the best customer service i received from my three month trip!) :)

Very friendly staff, umar in reception was very polite and helpful, my son absolutely loved him. Room service was spot on, always gave us what we needed. A pleasant stay.

The Hotel location would have been better if close to a local beach, restaurants, shops. On arrival at Hotel, check-in early due to early flights was requested and the staffs did try and give us a room but this was not possible due to 3 rooms booking, The rooms were clean and tidy as per photos on the web site. We found that all the staffs at breakfast were very friendly and always willing to help with any special request, especially Khin & Aroona, the lady who also cooked our omelette, eggs every morning. Overall all the staff were very friendly and helpful with any special request at breakfast time. Thank you to all the hotel staffs who made our holiday in Dubai special with this lovely hotel. Excellent Hotel ! *****
